- Post your property on our award-winning website, which is updated in a timely manner. Also, post your property on the top national real estate websites.
- Develop a list of features and benefits of your home for real estate agents to use with potential buyers.
- Have the full service of our offices, open 7 days a week, with evening in-house answering service and fax facilities available for you in helping obtain your buyer.
- Network your property not just locally but nationally and internationally through our affiliations with international brokers; and through world wide web sites specializing in marketing real estate all over the world.
- Constantly update you regarding any changes in the market, both in prices and modifications, including your competition.
- Make available to you an up to date log of all showings of your property, with comments where possible.
- Follow up all showings of your property with a report from your agent, when possible.
- Advertise your property regularly.
- Hold open houses, at your discretion.
- Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
- Deliver a copy of the Multiple Listing form for your approval and also a copy of all advertisements that are published in magazines, newspapers and other media.
- Make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use, including the possibility of you, the seller, providing some financing.
- Represent your interest upon presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and help in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
- Figure the net proceeds from your sale, taking into account your outstanding loan balance, closing costs and possible owner financing.
- Handle all follow-up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
- Facilitate a successful closing.
- Accept referrals from your sphere of influence, and give them the same professional service that you received.
